Cannot Delete the Transaction from POS

Problem (ISSUE-005)​

POS transaction cannot be deleted through the user interface, preventing normal correction or cleanup of erroneous sales.

Symptoms​

  • User attempts to delete a POS transaction, but the option is disabled or results in an error.
  • The unwanted transaction remains visible in the POS or back-office.
  • Cashiers or supervisors report they cannot remove a specific transaction through normal POS actions.

Solution​

  1. Open the Object Designer.
  2. Navigate to the table: POS Transaction.
  3. Locate and delete the transaction directly from the table.

Deleting transactions directly from the table bypasses normal business logic. Use with caution and ensure you understand the implications.
