📮 When to Work​
What are my regular working hours as a Team member?​
8am - 5pm GMT+3, Sunday - Thursday.
This is our standard working schedule. Please ensure you're available during these hours for team meetings, collaboration, and project work.
All working hours are in GMT+3 (Saudi Arabia Standard Time). Make sure to adjust your schedule accordingly if you're in a different time zone.
If I'm away for a few hours, what should I do?​
Please let the Head of Software & Development Department or Technical Team Lead know as soon as possible if you will be away from work for a prolonged period of time via email.
What to include in your notification:
- Duration of your absence
- Reason (if appropriate)
- How to reach you in case of emergencies
- Any work that needs to be covered
Early communication helps the team plan and ensures your work is properly covered during your absence.
💰 Payment​
When will I get paid?​
We pay our Team members within 27 days of each month.
This means you can expect your payment by the 27th of each month at the latest.
Payments are processed monthly, with payment dates falling within the 27th of each month. If you have questions about a specific payment, contact HR.
Which Payment options do you have?​
Payment options include:
- Direct bank transfer (SNB) - Saudi National Bank
- Other banks - You can choose any other bank, but you must ask the HR specialist about it first
