Time Off Request
At Tech Trust Labs, we understand the importance of work-life balance and the need for our Team colleagues to take time off from work. To ensure adequate coverage and minimize disruption to business operations, we have implemented the following time off request policy.
Request Requirements
The notice period required depends on the duration of your time off request:
| Duration | Minimum Notice Required |
|---|---|
| Single Day Off | 24 hours |
| 2-4 Days Off | 72 hours (3 days) |
| More Than 5 Days Off | 1 month |
Request Types
Single Day Off Request
Team members may request a single day off with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This includes days off for:
- Personal appointments
- Emergencies
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Even though only 24 hours notice is required, submitting requests as early as possible helps with team planning and coordination.
2-4 Days Off Request
For requests of 2-4 consecutive days off, Team members must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice. This allows for:
- Proper planning and coordination
- Delegation of work responsibilities
- Coverage arrangements by other team members
The 72-hour notice period gives your team enough time to adjust schedules and ensure work continues smoothly during your absence.
More Than 5 Days Off Request
For requests of more than 5 consecutive days off, Team members must provide a minimum of 1 month's notice. This extended notice allows for:
- Proper staffing adjustments
- Business continuity planning
- Smooth continuation of operations
Planning extended time off well in advance benefits both you and the team by ensuring proper coverage and minimizing disruption.
