Slack
We use Slack for internal communication. You will be added into relevant project groups to keep in touch with your Project Manager and your peers.
Use Cases:
- Team communication and collaboration
- Project-specific channels
- Quick questions and updates
- File sharing and discussions
Once added to a project, you'll receive an invitation to join the relevant Slack workspace and channels. Make sure to set up notifications to stay in the loop!
Outlook
You also have an Outlook account for external communication.
Use Cases:
- Client communications
- External stakeholder interactions
- Professional email correspondence
- Calendar management
- Meeting scheduling
Use Outlook for all professional external communications. Keep your inbox organized and respond to emails in a timely manner.
WhatsApp
WhatsApp is used for quick team communication and coordination.
Use Cases:
- Quick team updates
- Informal team communication
- Urgent notifications
- Group discussions
Where required, client tool access will be provided for specific projects. Your Project Manager will guide you on which tools are needed for your assignments.
