Complete workflow for creating new cashier accounts, including the KFALA paper preparation, review process, and account creation.
New Cashier Workflow Chart​
Required Information for Account Creation Request​
When HR Recruiter submits a cashier account creation request to User Administrator, include:
- Employee Name - Full name of the employee
- Employee ID - Unique identifier for the employee
- Company - Company/division name
- Branch - Branch location
- Role - Specify "Cashier" or "Head Cashier"
Responsibilities​
HR Recruiter​
- Prepare KFALA paper for new cashier
- Send KFALA paper to Front Area Manager
- Review KFALA paper data for completeness and correctness
- Send account creation email to User Administrator with all required information
- Ensure accuracy of employee details before submitting account creation request
Front Area Manager​
- Receive KFALA paper from HR Recruiter
- Provide KFALA paper to new cashier for completion
- Receive completed KFALA paper from new cashier
- Review KFALA paper data for completeness and correctness
- Send reviewed KFALA paper back to HR Recruiter
New Cashier​
- Fill KFALA paper with accurate and complete information
- Return completed KFALA paper to Front Area Manager
- Correct any incomplete or incorrect data if requested
User Administrator​
- Receive account creation email from HR Recruiter
- Create cashier or head cashier account based on role specified
- Copy account creation email to: HR Recruiter, HR Supervisor, HR Manager, Admin Affairs Officer, Company Head
- Manage account creation process
Important Notes​
The KFALA paper must be reviewed for completeness and correctness. If data is incomplete or incorrect, the new cashier must re-fill the paper until all information is accurate.
Ensure all information in the KFALA paper is accurate before sending to User Administrator. Incorrect data may delay account creation.
Ensure all required information is included in the account creation request to avoid delays in processing. HR Recruiter must include all required details when sending the request to User Administrator.
Account creation emails are automatically copied to HR Recruiter, HR Supervisor, HR Manager, Admin Affairs Officer, and Company Head for transparency and record-keeping.
