Closing Cashier Workflow
Process for closing cashier accounts, including individual cashier accounts and head cashier accounts.
Closing Cashier Workflow Chart​
Required Information for Closure Request​
When HR Payroll Specialist submits a cashier account closure request to User Administrator, include:
- Employee Name - Full name of the employee
- Employee ID - Unique identifier for the employee
- Company - Company/division name
- Branch - Branch location
- Account Type - Specify "Cashier" or "Head Cashier"
- Effective Date - Date when the account closure should take effect
Responsibilities​
HR Payroll Specialist​
- Send account closure email to User Administrator
- Include all required information (Employee Name, ID, Company, Branch, Account Type, Effective Date)
- Ensure accuracy of employee details before submitting closure request
User Administrator​
- Process cashier account closure requests from HR Payroll Specialist
- Close cashier or head cashier accounts
- Send closure confirmation emails
- Manage account closure process
Important Notes​
Account Closure
Once a cashier account is closed, access to the account will be terminated. Ensure all important data is backed up before closure.
Complete Information
Ensure all required information is included in the closure request to avoid delays in processing. HR Payroll Specialist must include all required details when sending the request to User Administrator.
Confirmation Required
Always wait for closure confirmation email from User Administrator before considering the cashier account closed.
