Setting Default Location​

  • Setting default location prior to customer registration

Program Setup​

Creating Membership/Promo Programs​

  • Step-by-step program creation process
  • Program field - Enter the name assigned to this membership program
  • Discount field - Enter the discount percent (%) that applies to purchases (may apply to game room only, or food, merchandise, and game room depending on configuration)
  • Default program of newly registered customers - Check if the Membership/Promo is being sold at a kiosk
  • Discount Applies To - Check each box for items where customers should receive discounts for purchases made in the arcade
  • Token Balance Settings:
    • Reset Value (uncheck for one-time offer, check if replenishable)
    • New Value - Enter number of tokens to be added
    • Reset (Days) - Enter number of days to specify frequency of bonus token additions

Membership/Promo Types​

Auto Earned-based Program

  • EarnedBasedProgramSettings section
  • Spending Level configuration - Enter dollar amount if customer's discount requires specific spending level
  • Duration (Days) settings - Enter period of time program will be available
  • Registration Required option - Select if customer must be registered before program is available
  • Days of the Week Membership Valid (day only portion)
  • Discount activation when spending level is reached
  • Enticing customers to spend more for discounted pricing and free gifts

Purchase Based Programs

  • Operational Life of Membership/Promotion settings
  • Starting Date and Ending Date configuration
  • Duration (Days) field
  • Days of the Week Membership Valid (day only portion)
  • Creating Standard Cash Cards in Open Location(s) Settings
  • Cards created with discounts and bonus tokens with no specific spending thresholds

Arcade Membership Rewards - Barcode Promos​

  • Opening Barcode Promo's in Memberships/Rewards

  • Description field - Enter brief narrative for the promotion
  • Days of the Week Valid - Select each day the campaign/promotion will be available
  • Date Active - Enter date QR codes become active
  • Expiration Date - Enter date QR codes must be deactivated
  • Card Definition - Specify promotion values (Cash, Bonus Cash, Tokens, Points)
  • Time Play - Enter number of time play minutes in Duration field (maximum 999 minutes)
  • Saving promotion prior to generating QR codes
  • Generating QR codes (requires MS Excel)
  • Entering quantity of QR codes to be created

  • Transferring remaining balance to new card if balance remains after use

Customer Management​

Customer Registration​

  • Opening Customer Registration module (Memberships/Rewards > Customer Registration)
  • Completing customer information fields
  • Account Number field (16-digit card number from back of card)
  • Saving customer registration information (Add button)
  • Clearing registration form (Clear button)

Confirming Customer Registration​

  • Running Accounts History report from Reports menu
  • Searching by member's name (people profile icon)
  • Searching by Account number with Refresh icon
  • Viewing Card Holder's Account window in Balance tab
  • Verifying registration completion

Registered Customer Information Export​

  • Accessing E-Mail tab in Open Rewards Programs
  • Viewing all registered customer information
  • Exporting information using Excel icon

  • Searching for member by name
